Method & Pace helps independent estate agencies make everyday work easier to keep on top of. We look at the gaps between the systems and people handling enquiries, listings, viewings, sales progression, lettings and property management.
The work may involve improving a handoff, making a query across existing information easier, or creating a more dependable way to prepare and publish marketing. AI can be useful, but it is a tool within the work rather than the service being sold.
What we look for
Repeated copying, unanswered enquiries, missing listing details, overdue follow-up, unclear ownership and updates that depend on one person’s memory. We start with the agency’s own systems and terminology, then identify a useful improvement.
